I was away for a long time, but I haven’t forgotten about my blog, and today I give you my new recipe, which I recently made 🙂 shrimp pasta – yummy! the dish is very simple, let’s go!
Ingredients:
400g shrimps
150g tagliatelle
100ml dry white wine
75ml sweet cream
3 tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of fresh chives
1 tablespoon of butter
olives oil,
cayenne pepper,
pepper, salt,
Preparation:
Add a little oil, heat up, add garlic and shrimps, add finely chopped tomatoes, add wine, chives, and finally cream and parmesan cheese, season with spices. Boil the pasta and add to the pan, mix everything together and it’s ready!
Polish people like Hungarian-style food, I personally love to cook it when is autumn, when I come home and I’m cold and hungry such a dish warming me up and it is quite heavy, so just after this meal, sit comfortably on the sofa, with a cup of tea and a book … nice🤗
Unfortunately, this dish is not the easiest and the fastest to make … that’s why we appreciate it even more at home, because we eat it rarely🙃
What is a Hungarian pancake? It is a potato pancake with hungarian goulash.
The goulash is mainly made of beef or pork, but as I’m “my kitchen my rules”, mine is chicken 😋
During the preparation, I took a few photos, I hope it will help with cooking.

Potato pancake:
Ingredients:
potato’s about 1 kg wheat flour about 2 tablespoons eggs 2 pcs garlic 1 pcs spices: powdered vegetables, salt, pepper Oil
Grate the potatoes on a fine grater, add eggs, flour, garlic, add spaces. Bake in very hot oil.
Goulash:
Bake the onion in the pan until golden brown, cut the chicken into cubes, put it in a bowl and sprinkle the flour so that all the pieces are covered. Add the chicken to the pan with the onion, fry it until the chicken is golden too. Mushrooms and paprika put into the pan too, add a little bit of water and cook everything until soft.
Put the baked potato pancakes on a plate, pour over the sauce and add a little bit of cream.
This version I served with a fresh bouquet of salads sprinkled with natural yoghurt. Parsley as decoration.
My family and friends call that dish Masha kip or Tante Masha kip (aunt Masha chicken). They love it but the most important, that kids love it too!🙏
In Poland, everyone knows what a crispy homemade chicken fillet tastes like and how to prepare it, but everyone probably makes it in a different way, using different spices.
I will present to you the version of Masha kip😉
The meat is served with mashed potatoes and “mizeria” is a cucumber with sour cream salad.

Masha kip: Wash the chicken, cut into 2 or 3 flat pieces, put it in a bowl and pour over the oil. Add the spices from above (quite a lot of sweet peppers then have a nice red color). It’s best to put the meat in the frige for a few hours, but you don’t have to, and it will be tasty without it!
Before bake, put the chicken into the bowl with egg, and then bread crumbs. After that bake it till nice crunchy and gold.
In the meantime…
Potatoes: remove the skin, cut into slices, wash, pour water and cook until soft, then mash, add the clarified butter and salt for the good taste.
and the last one…
Cucumber: Cut into small slices, add salt, add cream and it’s ready!
At the end, sprinkle the whole dish with chopped chives.
My little boy was sick last week so I didn’t have time to add anything…now is much better so I can present some nice food for you again 🙃

The main character in my kitchen is known to everyone, a very popular tomato soup. 🍅
You can of course make fresh tomatoes but in my case it was not an option so… from concentrate.

spices: salt, pepper, vegetables as a spice, garlic powder.
Preparation:
First we make a bullion so put all the vegetables and meat to the pan with water, cook until soft, then add tomato concentrate, some sugar (2 tea spoon) spices, cream
I served it with bread with garlic butter and choux pastry balls.
What does my 10-month-old son eat for dinner and how do I prepare food for him?
I remember, it was 5 months ago how much I was afraid that I would not be able to cook for such a small child, because either it would be bad texture or not tasty….
Then he appeared … Philips Avent steamer/blender.
Since then, cooking for my child is a pleasure.
I just mix meat with vegetables, steam and blend them. Amen.
Simple, quick and tasty!

Preparation: put into the steamer for 20min, and blend.
Of course, if you don’t have a steamer you can also cook all the ingredients in the water until they are soft.

I found hermetically packed bacon in the fridge today, and pasta, (probably everyone has some in the kitchen). I also had coconut milk, carrots, courgettes and parsley.
So simple, delicious and quick to prepare.
