Beet soup, red borscht, mmm😌

Hi!

Today I will show you a little bit of my native tradition.

I have not seen this soup in any other country than Poland. 

This soup tastes great… 😍

I don’t have to explain it to my Polish friends … 😁

We do it in all different ways, and at the Christmas Eve it’s one of 12 dishes, served with dumplings. 

Maybe someday I will bring you closer to the details …

I serve this dish in a very traditional way, the time when you made food to eat to be full, not artistically served spoon of soup or whatever.

Ingredients:

A piece of chicken,

celery,

leek,

carrots,

parsley,

beetroot,

onion,

beetroot concentrate ” krakus ”,

garlic,

vinegar,

sugar,

cream. 

Potatoes

Becon

spices: salt, pepper, vegetables powder, garlic powder.

Preparation:

Boil vegetables and meat in a pan with water until soft, add a concentrate, a little vinegar for taste, sugar, spices, a little bit of cream.

Boil potatoes separately until soft, strain, add a little bit of butter, crush into puree,

Cut the bacon, put into a pan, add onion, fry until golden brown. 

It is important to place the mashed potatoes on the side of the plate, the soup to the other side, seperate.

Pour over everything with fat. 

Done!

Tomato soup

Hi there!

My little boy was sick last week so I didn’t have time to add anything…now is much better so I can present some nice food for you again 🙃

Last period I was so busy, no time, that’s why food also as simple as possible 😉

The main character in my kitchen is known to everyone, a very popular tomato soup. 🍅

You can of course make fresh tomatoes but in my case it was not an option so… from concentrate. 

Series, It’s really tasty guys! 👌

Look at the pictures and check the ingredients. 

Ingredients:

celery,

leek,

chicken breast,

meat balls,

onion,

parsley,

3 small cans tomato concentrate,

squeezed garlic,

sugar,

spices: salt, pepper, vegetables as a spice, garlic powder.

Preparation:

First we make a bullion so put all the vegetables and meat to the pan with water, cook until soft, then add tomato concentrate, some sugar (2 tea spoon) spices, cream

I served it with bread with garlic butter and choux pastry balls.

Who doesn’t like spaghetti?!

Another dish prepared with something from the fridge.

Pasta can be combined with everything, and that’s why I like it so much!

We have always some pasta at home, always some vegetable. meat or fish?  Perfect!

I created my spaghetti from everything what I had so today vegetables and shrimps in a cream sauce. 

It was delicious! 

I made some photos for you! 

If you want my simple delicious spaghetti come to see the composition! 

Ingredients:

Pasta spaghetti,

Cocktail shrimps,

Carrot,

Onion,

Red and yellow paprika,

Broccoli,

Sour cream,

Parsley (for decoration)

Salt, pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder.

Preparation:

Spaghetti put to the boiling water, cook till soft.

Onion and shrimps bake in the pan with butter, add vegetables, always start adding with the hardest, so in this case carrot, paprika, broccoli.

On the end add sour cream and spices, decor with parsley.

voila!

A little bit hungry? Broccoli cream!

What about cream soups? 

A great idea for a quick lunch, but when I don’t have too much time, I also serve that as a dinner, only with hot rolls with garlic butter. 

Today in the standard version, broccoli cream with choux pastry balls and a little bit cream.

Nothing more to write, it’s just delicious, quick and cheap again!💪

Ingredients:

Broccoli 1 large or 2 small,

Carrots 1 ,

Onion 1,

Squeezed fresh garlic,

Salt, pepper,garlic powder,

Preparation:

Cook vegetables till they are soft, blend it and add all spices.

Serve with choux pastry balls and a little bit of cream.
