Beet soup, red borscht, mmm😌

Hi!

Today I will show you a little bit of my native tradition.

I have not seen this soup in any other country than Poland.

This soup tastes great… 😍

I don’t have to explain it to my Polish friends … 😁

We do it in all different ways, and at the Christmas Eve it’s one of 12 dishes, served with dumplings.

Maybe someday I will bring you closer to the details …

I serve this dish in a very traditional way, the time when you made food to eat to be full, not artistically served spoon of soup or whatever.

Come, I will introduce you to the details. I’m curious if you would like to taste this! Write me a comment.
